I have pretty much given up watching TV altogether, but I do occasionally look at 60 Minutes online. Above is a great "rewind" taken just days before the 1906 earthquake. What is remarkable about the footage is how clear it is and how cars, walkers and horse driven carriages, trolleys, paper boys all seem to work fairly effortlessly in what we would see as a bit of a mess. You only need to show a minute to your students for them to get the flavor of the entire piece.
